Horses have been part of Cappadocia’s history since the mid-1400s and Cappadocian horses have been known throughout history for their strength and skills - they are believed to be descended from a pure Arabic stock. Pick your favorite horse and follow the trails with us to discover the true beauty of this historical and fascinating area.

With our 2-hour excursions (50 Euros per person), you will discover some of the remarkably distinctive features in the area – Sword valley, Meskendir valley, Rose valley and Love valley. We will roam through orchards and vineyards, whilst admiring the magical fairy chimneys and ancient churches as we wind our way up the volcanic stone hills. Enjoy the stunning views at a leisurely pace on the back of your own special Anatolian horse.
We also offer 4-hour excursions (90 Euros per person), which allows you to explore more of the area including the beautiful Pigeon valley, the White valley and the Zemi valley.

We will pick you up at your hotel in Göreme or Ürgüp and transfer you to the ranch, which is located close to the Göreme Open Air Museum. We will also transfer you back to your hotel when the tour has finished.

We recommend you have some experience with horseback riding to take part in our adventure. In some areas you will have to get off your horses and lead them before remounting. Our fully experienced “cowboy” will accompany you on the tour but you will need to be able to command and control your horse. Helmets can be supplied on request. The mountains and valleys may be cool so we recommend you bring a light jacket. Please wear comfortable clothes for riding and flat shoes are recommended.
