Istanbul Airport Meeting Point (IST):

Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, please complete your customs procedures and collect your luggage, then proceed to the Gate 13 sign. You will find the "M55" office there. Inform our colleagues of your name and present your voucher. They will then assist you to your vehicle. Due to airport operational reasons, your vehicle pickup will occur within a minimum of 15 minutes and a maximum of 25 minutes.

Sabiha Gokcen Airport Meeting Point (SAW):

Upon your arrival at Sabiha Gokcen Airport, after completing customs clearance and collecting your luggage, please proceed to the exit gate of the Airport building. Look for the "CEO34" sign, located near the welcome boards in front of Column No. 13. Please provide your name and reservation voucher to our colleagues who will assist you to your vehicle. Due to airport operational reasons, your vehicle pickup will be within a minimum of 15 minutes and a maximum of 25 minutes.

Booking Terms and Conditions

Confirmation will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 30 days of travel. In this case confirmation will be received within 48 hours, subject to availability.

HOW TO BOOK A TOUR?

If you would like to book one of our tours, please complete the following steps...

1. Select the tour and fill in the required details (date, number of

guests etc.)

2. Add to the cart and proceed with the payment of the deposit.

Please note: If you do not want to use a credit card to make your deposit payment, but would prefer to make a bank transfer, please contact us for further details.

3. Within a few hours, our team will contact you via e-mail with an application

form and a proforma invoice with the final cost of the tour.

4. Please reply to this e-mail with your completed application form, and attached copies or photos of the passports of yourself and other participants.

5. We will send you a confirmation of your booking, with full details of your tour.

HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT?

While making the initial reservation, please pay 30% of the total amount

as a deposit to secure your booking (steps 1 and 2). The remaining 70% should be paid, in cash or by credit card, upon arrival in Turkey.
